Ingredients

Instructions
Boil Water
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
Add Ingredients
Add hibiscus flowers, ginger slices, and cinnamon stick (if using) to the boiling water.
Simmer
Reduce heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, covered.
Strain and Sweeten
Remove from heat, strain, and add honey if desired. Can be served hot or chilled.
