Instructions
Boil Water
Start by boiling 1 cup of water using a kettle or saucepan.
Prepare Herbs
Place 1 tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers and 1 tablespoon of dried lemon balm leaves in a teapot or a large heatproof cup.
Pour Water
Carefully pour the boiling water over the dried herbs in the teapot or cup.
Steep
Cover the teapot or cup with a saucer or small plate to trap the steam, and let the herbs steep in the hot water for about 5-10 minutes.
Strain
After steeping, strain the infusion through a fine-mesh strainer or a tea infuser to remove the dried herbs.
Add Honey
If desired, add a touch of honey or a squeeze of fresh lemon to your infusion for added flavor.
