Instructions

1

Boil Water

Start by boiling 1 cup of water using a kettle or saucepan.

2

Prepare Herbs

Place 1 tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers and 1 tablespoon of dried lemon balm leaves in a teapot or a large heatproof cup.

3

Pour Water

Carefully pour the boiling water over the dried herbs in the teapot or cup.

4

Cover the teapot or cup with a saucer or small plate to trap the steam, and let the herbs steep in the hot water for about 5-10 minutes.

6

Add Honey

If desired, add a touch of honey or a squeeze of fresh lemon to your infusion for added flavor.
