Instructions
Prepare Ingredients
Wash the carrot and ginger pieces, then roughly chop them into about ½ inch chunks.
Combine Ingredients
Add the carrot and ginger into your blender, then pour in the aloe juice.
Add Spices and Blend
Sprinkle the cinnamon and turmeric on top. Blend ingredients until pulverized.
Strain
