Ingredients

- Apple Cider VinegarMalus domestica (fermented)1 tablespoonRaw, unfiltered, with the mother for maximum benefits, organic preferred
- Warm Water1 cupFiltered or spring water preferred, heated to around 40°C/104°F for optimal extraction
- HoneyApis mellifera1 teaspoonRaw, local honey preferred for maximum benefits and digestive support
Instructions
Prepare Ginger
Peel and thinly slice the ginger. You can also grate it for a more intense ginger flavor.
Heat Water
Heat 1 cup of water to a warm, not boiling, temperature.
Combine Ingredients
Place the sliced or grated ginger in a cup. Add 1 tablespoon of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar.
Add Water
Pour the warm water over the ginger and ACV mixture.
Sweeten
If desired, add honey to sweeten the drink. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Notes
The honey is optional and can be adjusted to your taste preference. Some people find the drink palatable without sweeteners due to the natural sweetness of ginger.
Dosage
Consume this drink as needed, especially when you experience bloating or gas discomfort after meals. Start with a small amount, such as half a cup, and gradually increase the quantity if needed.
